Alignment-Based Yoga

As a Level 1 Alignment-Based Yoga Specialist, I designed this class for anyone looking to optimize their physical and mental wellbeing. This class is relatively slow-paced and I put great care into guiding students safely in and out of poses. Lots of props are incorporated and there are ALWAYS modifications offered to ensure people of all abilities can get the most out of this practice. This class is appropriate for all levels, no experience necessary.

Good Morning Flow

Start your morning off on the right foot with this gentle Vinyasa flow. This class is designed to ease you into your day with mindful movement. You will leave feeling awake, mentally clear, and ready to take on the day! All levels are welcome, modifications always offered to suit all abilities.

Mindful Birding

Mindful Birding is my passion project where I blend my loves of meditation and birds. This 1.5 hour class includes a light 30 minute yoga/meditation sequence, followed by 1 hour of guided bird-watching. You can bring your binoculars or borrow a pair of ours. This guided experience focuses on engaging the senses while birding. We will listen to the unique qualities of bird songs, observe movements and behaviors, and explore the lives of these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. No birding experience is necessary!

Yoga for the Heart Workshop

This heart-centered yoga workshop is designed to gently open the body, soften the mind, and reconnect you with your innate capacity for compassion, connection, and presence. We’ll begin with a slow, heart-opening yoga flow focused on expanding the chest, shoulders, and upper back, encouraging both physical openness and emotional release. Breath-led movement and mindful pacing will help you tune into sensations of warmth, ease, and self-acceptance. After movement, you’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice with thoughtful prompts centered on love, gratitude, and connection—inviting clarity and honest self-expression in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. We’ll close with a loving-kindness meditation, cultivating compassion for yourself, loved ones, and the wider world.

This workshop is open to all levels. Come as you are—whether you’re celebrating love, healing your heart, or simply craving a moment of stillness and care.
