Mindful Birding

Mindful Birding is my passion project where I blend my loves of meditation and birds. This 1.5 hour class includes a light 30 minute yoga/meditation sequence, followed by 1 hour of guided bird-watching. You can bring your binoculars or borrow a pair of ours. This guided experience focuses on engaging the senses while birding. We will listen to the unique qualities of bird songs, observe movements and behaviors, and explore the lives of these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. No birding experience is necessary!
