
This heart-centered yoga workshop is designed to gently open the body, soften the mind, and reconnect you with your innate capacity for compassion, connection, and presence. We’ll begin with a slow, heart-opening yoga flow focused on expanding the chest, shoulders, and upper back, encouraging both physical openness and emotional release. Breath-led movement and mindful pacing will help you tune into sensations of warmth, ease, and self-acceptance. After movement, you’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice with thoughtful prompts centered on love, gratitude, and connection—inviting clarity and honest self-expression in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. We’ll close with a loving-kindness meditation, cultivating compassion for yourself, loved ones, and the wider world.
